Shipping Policy — Big Dog Wash
Processing time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping methods & delivery estimates
- Standard shipping (US): 3–7 business days
- Expedited shipping (US): 2–3 business days
- Overnight shipping (US): 1 business day (orders placed before 12 PM ET)
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, and remote destinations may affect timing.
Shipping rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination. Free standard shipping is offered on orders over $50 within the continental United States.
Order tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll get an email with a tracking number. Track your package directly through the carrier's website.
Lost, delayed, or damaged orders If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number, and we'll make it right. If your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, reach out and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier. Big Dog Wash is not responsible for packages left in unsecure locations or delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
International shipping At this time, we ship within the United States only.
